Our family’s world has been turned completely upside down.

At just 37 years old, Stephanie - a devoted mother of two and dedicated NYC school paraprofessional has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. One moment she was doing what she has always done, showing up every day for the students who depend on her, and the next she was told she would be facing the fight of her life.

Stephanie has always spent her life helping students and supporting others, and now she needs that same support.

Stephanie is raising two incredible children who mean everything to her, a 15-year-old son and an 18-year-old daughter who just started college. Instead of focusing only on school, dreams and their future, they are now facing hospital visits, treatments, and the devastating reality of their mom's diagnosis.

The financial stress from medical treatments and everyday expenses are quickly becoming overwhelming and the stress of providing for her children during this unimaginable time weighs heavily on the family.
