Help 3 Queer Individuals Halt Their Eviction

We are in the early stages of eviction, and need help raising nearly $5000 to be able to get out of being evicted by our apartment complex.

As a unit, we have fallen behind on rent due to disability, health complications and family emergencies over the past few months, and none of us have any living back up plans. One of us lost recently lost our job and have been trying to find employment again for the past month without luck, another of us has been demoted and their hours cut, and doesn’t start their new job for another few weeks, which won’t be of any help to solve our immediate issues.

We have been trying for months to keep our heads above water and fix this issue, and all of our efforts haven’t been enough. The added stress of now being pursued for eviction has been making our health worse and making it even harder for us to go into work. Even with our paychecks, we will not make even a dent in the money we need to raise to get back on our feet here.

We have been active and involved members of the greater Tacoma community, and now we must turn to our neighbors and ask that they show up for us.
