For over 25 years, my father’s business, Economy Remodeling LLC, has been a proud pillar of the Central Texas community. As a local electrical and remodeling company, it is not just my dad’s lifelong passion and primary source of income, it is a livelihood for his dedicated team of employees. Over the last two and a half decades, he has dedicated himself to serving his neighbors and building a legacy of honest, hard work.

Yesterday, disaster struck. The catastrophic flash floods that swept through Central Texas completely inundated his office, leaving everything buried under five feet of water. In a matter of hours, a quarter-century of hard work was submerged.

We are raising funds to help my father rebuild Economy Remodeling LLC from the ground up and to protect the people who make the business possible. The total destruction of the office means we have to replace everything immediately to get back on our feet.

Employee Payroll Support: My dad’s employees are like family, and they depend on this business to provide for their own households. A primary portion of these funds will ensure they are continually taken care of and paid while operations are temporarily halted.

Replacing Destroyed Tools & Equipment: Replacing the specialized electrical testing gear, remodeling tools, work vehicles and machinery that were ruined by the floodwaters.

Office Remediation & Rebuilding: Cleaning up the extensive water damage, salvaging what we can, replacing ruined office electronics (computers, printers, servers), and securing a safe space to operate from.
