On November 16, 2025, our lives changed forever. A car accident left my girlfriend, Natasha Simeon, paralyzed from the waist down. She’s only 22, and this is just the beginning of a long journey towards recovery.
Natasha has already had emergency neck surgery and is still in the hospital. Her arms have some movement, but they’re very weak. She can barely lift them and can’t grip or hold anything. From her waist down, she has no movement, and we don’t know what abilities she might regain.
Despite everything, Natasha still finds a way to stay positive and keep smiling. Her smile and attitude light up the entire hospital floor. Nurses and staff who aren’t even assigned to her stop by just to meet the young woman everyone keeps talking about, the one who somehow keeps everyone else smiling. That’s just the kind of person she is.
I’ve been by her side at the hospital every day since the accident. Soon I’ll have to return to work, which means she’ll be there by herself for hours. Natasha doesn’t have any family here, and while my family helps where they can, most of this has fallen on the two of us.
The expenses ahead are overwhelming, including medical bills, rehab, medications, medical equipment, wheelchairs, and adjustments to our home so she can get around safely. We’re not sure what the next few years will bring, but we already know it’s more than we can handle on our own.
Neither of us has ever asked for help like this before, but right now we truly need it. Even the smallest donation can make a real difference and help us move forward as we rebuild our lives. If you can’t donate, sharing this page with others would mean just as much.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any support you’re able to give. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone’s help.
