Help 2 year old Taylor
Donation protected
Last week, curious Taylor got ahold of liquid Drano and drank it. She was immediately Life-Watched to Wichita and has spent the last week in pediatric ICU while the doctors determined the extent of the damage to her mouth and esophagus. Taylor will be in the hospital for at least the next three weeks for a series of surgeries where the doctors will be inserting a feeding tube since they believe it will be two years before she can swallow food again.
Expenses are already mounting, and Taylor is facing a long list of procedures, medications, and doctor visits on her road to recovery.
Taylor has the support of her family; father, Juan Gardea, of Livestock Nutrition Center, Gina Arevalo, of Dominican Sisters of Peace, who will have to become Taylor’s full-time caregiver, older siblings, Yazlenny, 7, and Tori, 6, and one-year-old twin brothers, Juan and Ismael.
Any help you could provide to help this young family through this tragedy would be greatly appreciated.
God Bless.
