Hi, my name is Eric Ewusi, and I am raising funds on behalf of a brave 2-year-old Elora from Ghana who has been diagnosed with a complex congenital heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia.
This condition prevents her heart from delivering enough oxygen to her body. Elora struggles to breath and she easily becomes tired after a short spell of continuous talking or activity. Doctors from the Cardiothoracic Centre (Korle Bu) in Ghana have confirmed that she urgently needs corrective surgery to survive and grow which currently cannot be performed in Ghana unless in India, USA or Europe.
We have contacted some charities involved in performing heart surgeries for children under 18 but due to the complexity of Elora's condition, they are unable to perform the surgery.
Her mother a single parent, and Elora's family have done everything they could, but the cost of the surgery—approximately £13,000—is far beyond what they can afford.
With the full consent of Elora's mother, I am organising this fundraiser to help cover the cost of surgery, hospital care, and related medical expenses. Every donation raised through this page will go directly toward medical expenses, including:
The heart surgery
Hospital care and recovery
Essential medications and follow‑up treatment
Medical reports confirming her diagnosis and the urgency of surgery are available and can be shared if requested, to ensure full transparency and trust.
This little girl deserves the chance to grow up, play, go to school, and live a full life. Even the smallest donation can make a difference. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this page so it can reach someone who might be able to help.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support.
