Help 2 Black Queer Femmes Secure Permanent Housing

Hello there and thank you for hearing us out once more!
For those that aren’t aware- my wife and I are 2 Black, disabled, queer femmes who were brutally assaulted and hospitalized last month while we were staying with some very abusive/homophobic family members after I lost my job due to the pandemic.
We were extremely fortunate to have garnered enough support last month to keep us off the streets and out of the shelters (Thank you so sooo much!!), but being that we’ve not been able to secure any form of affordable, permanent housing, we’ve been forced to live out of motels for the last month or so.
We’ve searched tirelessly for a safe, permanent place to live, and after having many places fall through on us, we’ve finally arrived at the solution of buying a renovated van, so that we can finally stabilize our lives and propel us out of this dire circumstance.
We’re asking that you help us once more to reach our goal, as we will need funds to finish renovating our van in order to make it an actual livable solution.
Any money that we receive will go directly to securing and renovating our van, to transportation across the country so we can pick it up, and to allowing us to eat and still buy our medications in the meantime.
