Help 19-Year-Old Manage Chronic Pain (Interstitial Cystitis)

I am 19 years old starting to figure out the world, I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (IC) also known as Painful Bladder Syndrome, when I was 18 and keeping up with paying for my treatments that keep me mobile has become more and more of a struggle. Without these treatments I become immobile, I can't get sleep, I can't walk for over an hour without searing pain. This condition has cost me a lot financially, physically, and mentally. Living with chronic pain never gets easier, but with help it could. Thank you for reading/listening!
