My name is Heidi (pictured above with my children and Kohl who is second from the right) and I’m reaching out to help Kohl, a courageous 16-year-old who’s endured unimaginable challenges in the past few months.

Kohl recently lost both of his parents, a devastating loss no one should face at such a young age. As if that weren’t enough, he was involved in a car accident that completely totaled his car—a car he relied on to get to school and work. Unfortunately, his insurance does not cover the cost of a replacement.

Kohl lives with his godmother, who provides emotional support, but their financial situation makes replacing his car an impossible task. Without reliable transportation, Kohl is struggling to maintain his part-time job and attend school—two critical steps toward a brighter future.
