My name is Patricia and I am raising funds for my daughter Genesis Brown. Genesis is a 15 year old aspiring professional tennis player who rigorously trains and practices several days a week . As a result, she sacrifices a lot of her youth in an ongoing effort to achieve her ultimate goal of one day winning a coveted grand slam tennis title or two etc. However, due to the high cost of competition, which includes but is not limited to, travel, lodging, tournament fees, equipment, food, coaching etc. achieving her dream is challenging. Genesis resides in a one parent household with a modest income. Therefore, the constant high cost of competition puts a strain on a fixed income. That said, Genesis needs your help to take her dream to the next level. Please donate whatever you can to help Genesis reach her overall goal of $2,500. Unlike other fundraisers Genesis has a short window of time to get support because she successfully made it into a pending tournament (2nd seed) but must travel to the event within the next few days.
