Hi, my name is Cash Holland, and I’m the founder of Financial BOSS — a Non Profit Organization dedicated to teaching students real-world financial literacy skills early.
I founded Financial BOSS because I saw a gap that too many of us experienced growing up — we were never taught how to properly manage money.
We learned math, reading, and history, but not how to budget, save, build credit, or make smart financial decisions. And for many, that gap follows us into adulthood.
I’m on a mission to change that. As someone who learned financial lessons later than I should have, this mission is deeply personal to me.
This April, during Financial Literacy Month, we are launching our Q2 Founding Cohort to serve 150 students (grades 8–12) through hands-on financial literacy workshops and Student Success Packs.
These workshops will teach students how to:
• Set savings goals
• Understand earning and spending
• Build strong financial habits early
• Think confidently about money and their future
This is more than a program — it’s about changing financial trajectories before harmful habits begin.
We are raising $12,500 to fully fund this cohort and serve 150 students with the tools, resources, and instruction they need to succeed.
If you’ve ever wished you learned more about money earlier in life, this is your opportunity to help make sure the next generation does.
Thank you for your support!
