Hello dear family, friends, loving community, and global support networks,

We come to you today with a heavy heart to ask for your help in raising funds for Lucius. He was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma this past week with a tumor in his chest cavity more than 1/3 the size of his chest, and it’s critical we do everything we can to help make sure Lucius gets all of the support and resources he needs to fight this terrible fight.

Lucius was taken to the emergency room February 28th with a persistent fever, cough and chest pain. After multiple tests and scans, they showed the mass but at that moment we didn’t have any real answers other than it was large and pushing on his lungs and heart. He was taken by helicopter to Wolfsons Childrens Hospital. Lucius spent seven days in the ICU. There, he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, currently he will be doing 5 rounds of chemo and likely radiation. We will not have the results back from his PET scan for another week or so, so we still do not know if he has other masses.

Lucius loves video games, skateboarding, animals, is witty and a little sassy, but most of all he’s a kid trying to live a normal life doing normal kid things while trying to battle through both the good days and the bad days.
