Help 007, and other cats in Hurghada

Hi everyone! As you all know, I have just returned from travels to Egypt. Straight away, I noticed the enormous amount of dogs, cats, and kittens trying to survive on dangerous-busy intersections. My first night, I found one dog and 6 cats/kittens crying for food on a five minute walk. Don't worry- I bought food for them all and always carried snacks for stray animals the rest of my trip.
That night, I went to my hotel in tears. For the animals and the people, since it is all intertwined. I scoured the internet looking for a local agency to help the animals. There are a few, but it seems their hands are tied and resources are thin. I randomly became acquainted with Sara, that spends her time and personal resources taking care of over 30 cats just in her neighborhood and 6 cats in her home.
During dinner, her husband had to leave early to meet some friends, but came back in less than 15min. after finding a 4 week old kitten on the highway. Now Sara has 7 cats and this little kitten is known as 007. He was shivering with fear or hunger when I met him and eager to meet my eyes with trust and triumph for pushing through with his will to live. He fell asleep within 5 minutes and woke up throughout the dinner to enjoy some milk and scope out his safety. The next day, Sara took him to the vet and took care of his fungal infection and the blood on his face was easy to wash away. Little Mr. 007 is getting along well with the other 6 cats and living the life!
Sadly, if Sara's husband wasn't there that minute, 007's life would have been determined by the drivers on the highway. This is just one animal. Cats can have up to twelve kittens in one litter. Cats can become pregnant five times a year.. which means that could be 60 kittens from just one cat in one year :o Believe me, I did see over one hundred cats. If Sara is to pay for an animal to be neutered or spayed, it would cost roughly 10usd per animal. My goal is to help Sara neuter/spay about 50 cats. This would help put a small dent in stray cats- not to mention the consumption of resources (water/food) and the visual of poverty throughout the streets. The impact might seem small, but such a small amount of money can really help this community.
