HELP NEEDED PLEASE medical .... Kevin Brown

I love my brother Kevin! I am showing you a photo at better times for you might recognize him. He & family are in desperate need of help! We only have a short window - few weeks - to do some debt remediation or they are most likely losing the last chance of a roof over their heads and medical solutions! Our family has always helped but it is at the point that we need the community support, Please ! Below is only a sampling of the story - can't even put it all out there....here goes my plea for support.
An unbelievable but unfortunately true story.. Kevin has several debilitating diseases that he has pushed through with dignity and courage for many years. But the past two plus years have been life threatening and miraculously he has been able to find a path to deal with lost sight, limbs and major heart reparations. His whole family was down with major medical injuries due to someone slamming the back of their car, His wife has had cardio arrest due to the stress. They are relatively young people. The kids have delayed their dreams of 4 year college - staying home/ working / seeking support for community school. The family has tried and tried but without support from all of us - they won't be able to cover the accumulated debts to have a roof on their heads or continue medical requirements.
Imagine having a wound on your foot that takes 2 years to mostly heal - you can't walk on it or put pressure on it and you only have slight shadows for sight.
.... try it for 20 minutes and you will see how tough that existence can be! AND The medical insurance stopped wound treatments in the middle of the process because they said it only took a certain amount of visits that they deemed needed for covered care. Help us find some silver lining in these dark clouds
He is still dealing with that issue....with more than 5 hospital / rehab stays and only the miracle of modern medical technology materials does do you get to keep your foot and leg. Love that foot doctor bringing in brand new technology.
More eye surgeries start the first of 2020....with our help ---- to keep the ability to see shadows.
If it could go wrong it has.... a window provider took the windows and frames down.... and left them without storm windows as he fled the state with their money. ...the old house needs repairs that Kevin hasn't been able to do and modifications for disabled features for his blindness and mobility issues. He is still getting eye surgeries to maintain some shadowy level of sight. Thank you to the Eye Institute in Philadelphia - took years to find the right provider!
Our family has helped as best we can, we drive old cars and carve disposable to support the issues but the backlog debt is too large for us to absorb without your help!
Kevin has always worked more than one job via employment and self businesses to provide for his family and friends. He has been your regional UPS dispatcher, your pizza shop, food delivery, your pool guy, the courier service for your legal and medical docs.
Your team mate, your child's baseball coach, your first boss, your neighbor, your altar boy, ... always willing to give the time and effort to anyone. The fifth child in a family of 6 that has worked hard all his life
He has been of great service in the Cherry Hilll, South Jersey and Philadelphia areas. He is a long standing Phillies, Eagles, Camden Sharks, Flyers fan. Cherry Hill High School West graduate as well as his wife and children.
He has silently and courageously dealt with all this while losing pieces of his body to degenerative diseases. These past 2 years were touch and go ...only with miracles in health care, tough surgeries, blind society, physical therapists, tenacious doctors and family support (our step mom is the best!)... can we be glad to have him here with medical solution support for his blindness, feet and heart. He is always in constant pain.
And yet - he always tries to tell me a joke - give me a smile - never complains. I don't think i could have that level of courage and strength. He is always humble, grateful and thankful - a person worth helping!
He hadn't been able to work and the system is long process to get any disability aid and it caused financial collapse. This didn't happen overnight but it wasn't known how bad it all was until now.
Donations from all of us can perhaps get us to the point of manageability. Please show some love - Give some hope
