This is a campaign for The Powell family, specifically Jaidyn and Sawyer. Jaidyn and Sawyer were both diagnosed with E.Coli which then lead to HUS, (Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome). As a result, their kidneys have shut down. Due to the complexity of the situation, they have both been transferred to NOLA by helicopter to be able to receive the care they need. Even though they do have health insurance, there are costs that go unthought of such as travel, meals, parking, lodging, etc,. Having a child in the hospital long term, this far away from home really takes a toll on mama and daddy. That being said, anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.
