Please support the Ukrainian team participation in the coming EKC.
- We shall be able to collect enough to cover all travel and participation expenses for the Ukrainian delegation and let them come as many members as possible.
- We shall be able to collect enough money to send to Ukraine the kendo equipment as many of our friends lost everything.
- We shall be able to collect enough money to support the kendo seminars in Ukraine!
How we are going to use the money:
1) The first step is to pay for the Ukrainian entry for the EKC. Once the UKF will complete the entry, the entry invoice will be paid directly to the organizers (this will include the participation fee for each team member, a catering during the EKC for whole team, the sayonara party cost for whole team)
2) The second - the team accommodation will be paid as per Hotel invoice. This is will be paid directly to the hotel for whole team accommodation during the EKC.
3) The third - the remaining funds will be sent to UKF to cover the team travel expenses. This is not finally clarified yet. As many team members are in various places and coordination with the travels could be difficult. As an option the money for travel could be sent directly to the team members (or team representatives) bank accounts.
All invoices and team members accounts data will be given by the UKF, In particular the UKF President or a nominated by him the team responsible.
All these will be announced as soon as we come to the use of the raised money.
I keep informing the UKF president about the fundraiser status.
All money left after all payments will be sent to the UKF president or a nominated by him a responsible. All spendings will be reported to the donators.
In parallel we are collecting a kendo equipment to send to ukrainian people.
