Hello rollator, hello, vitamin D! ☀️

Hi guys,
Most of you know by now that I live with a condition called Multiple Sclerosis (or MS, for short). Living with MS is a bit like riding a rollercoaster—some days I can move about (rarely unaided these days), and others, just getting out of bed feels like climbing Mount Everest. My disability is what’s called a “dynamic disability,” meaning it likes to keep me guessing by fluctuating from one moment to the next.
On days when pain tags along but fatigue decides to stay home, I can manage to venture out with the help of my trusty walker. Well, trusty might be a stretch...the one I have now from the NHS is heavy, clunky, and came with its own quirks—like arriving already broken! Fun times, right?
I recently came across a walker made by Acre that's supposed to be super light and compact, basically the dream walker I wish I had! It would make a huge difference in helping me get out and enjoy the world, even just a little.
I thought about asking for this as a birthday gift but, honestly, my pride got in the way. Now that I’m relying more on my walker, I’ve realized how much this change would improve my everyday life, especially with summer on the horizon—hello, vitamin D!
Here’s the thing though: I can’t afford it at the moment. ♀️ If you feel like you’d like to contribute towards making this dream come true, I would be forever grateful. Every little bit helps. And if not, sending me positive vibes or good energy is just as appreciated.
Thank you so much if you got till here!
Lots of love,
