Hello my name is Shoaib I would like emergency fund to be send out for my self as I had a heart valve surgery two year ago and they replaced one on my heart valve with mechanical valve now the situation is the other valve getting damage also and would need urgent emergency surgery again to save my life recently had a heart attack and my blood pressure is very low almost all the time struggle to breath proper at time , at the moment I cannot work any donation given would be more than appreciated. If you can help, even a little, it would mean more than you know. Doctor said if I don’t get this surgery done chance of survival is very low !
