Hello my name is Nastasia, need your help with Jack my dog

Hello my precious friends need your help desperately, my love my everything is sick ,got to have a battery of test done at the hospital.Im so worried that I can't help him because of the money.It is heartbreaking to see him like this.Hes got a heartcondition ,2 lumps on his throat and liquid in his lung s,can't walk because of his condition .Vet bills are so expensive it's crazy. I WORK LONG HOURS BUT THAT IS NOT ENOUGH .PLEASE IF YOU CAN JUST A BIT THAT WOULD BE SO INCREDIBLE AND JACK CAN STAY WITH ME LONGER THANKS TO YOU!!IF IT IS NOT POSIBLE JUST HAVE HIM IN YOUR PRAYERS.
