My name is Mars, I am an American supporting families in Gaza the best I can. I met Moamen through a fellow organizer from my hometown. All funds will be transferred via PayPal.
Here is Moamen's story:
My name is Moamen, and I live in Gaza with my parents Mohammed and Randa, my brothers Saher, Bassam, Basem, Amir, and my sister Sham.
Every day, we wake up to the sounds of destruction and the fear of the unknown. Life here has become a struggle for survival — food, water, and safety are no longer things we can rely on.
Before the war, we lived a simple and peaceful life. My father worked hard to provide for us, and my mother took care of the house. But now, everything has been taken from us.
Our home has been damaged, my father was badly injured, and my beloved brother Bassem was martyred. We struggle every day to secure even the most basic food.
We spend our days without electricity or clean water. My younger siblings cry from hunger, and my parents do their best to comfort us — but what can they do when there is almost nothing left?
I also suffer from diabetes, and I need to buy medication and insulin regularly. But the prices have become extremely high, and we cannot afford them. My life depends on this treatment, and every day I fear that I may not be able to get it.
I am not asking for much — just a chance to help my family survive. Your support can help us get food, clean water, medicine, and a safe place to stay. Every dollar can make a difference. Even the smallest donation gives us hope that the world still cares.
Please share our story. Please, do not forget Gaza.
With gratitude and hope,
Moamen and his family
