Hell & Back for St. Francis Hospice

Hello!

My name is Ashleigh and I am from Swords, Dublin. This coming June 2023, along with my good friend Amy O'Grady we have decided to do Hell and Back. I have set up this page in the hope of raising some much needed funds for an extremely worthy cause, St Francis Hospice.

In September 2007, my father Gerry Coburn sadly passed away after battling pancreatic cancer, and in November 2021 we lost my wonderful aunty Colette Savage also to cancer. During this time I was able to see the incredible service that St Francis Hospital offers to its patients but also the compassion and understanding that it extends to the patient’s families. Both my father and aunt received the very best of care there from all of the staff and we will be eternally grateful to them.

We are under no illusion that this will be an tough day physically with 8km of obstacles, and plenty of muck but we are determined to give it our best shot!
