This year we will be taking part in Hell in Back in support of Aoibheanns Pink Tie. We hope to raise money and spread awareness of the charity's work.

Aoibheann’s Pink Tie offers practical support to the families of children diagnosed with cancer and who are attending St John’s Oncology Ward in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital. Focused on children attending the only treatment center for childhood cancer in Ireland, they support the complete family unit, of parents and siblings, who may not understand what is happening to their Brother or Sister.

Hell and Back is Ireland's toughest physical and mental challenge. The course consists of 13km of gruelling obstacles which will require us to work together as a team to overcome them.
