Helen's Wing Walk for Emily's Borneo Fund Raiser
Donation protected
Hi...the pupils at Baysgarth School have been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit the characteristic, colourful, and cultural island of Borneo.
One of the pupils going is Emily Peck, the daughter of a good friend of mine. All of the children are responsible for raising their own money. Emily has to raise almost £5000 to pay for the trip, and she is working hard to raise these funds.
I have decided that I would like to help her by doing a wing walk at Wickenby Airfield on Friday 16th August.
Borneo is a beautiful island in Malaysia. Baysgarth school is preparing these children for this amazing opportunity, that will unlock many doors for the future and boost their communication skills and life skills in general.
Not only will Emily get to see the beautiful landscapes of Borneo but she will be helping the community and local schools as well as taking lots of treks through the jungle. The pupils are planning everything they do there themselves and the teachers are only there to supervise.
I would really appreciate your help in raising funds so that Emily can achieve her fund raising target. Thank You
