Helen's Sudden Surgery

Hi everyone. We have been saving money ahead of Vivian's surgery and our move in May, but we were caught off-guard by Helen, our five year old cat, requiring an immediate surgery to clear a blockage in her stomach/intestines. Though we have been saving money for one purpose, having a sudden requirement of $12,000 to save our cat's life put us in a tough spot.

We have reservations about asking for money, but enough friends have asked if we would make a GoFundMe, so here we are.
