National Speech/Debate Tournament

In February, three Helena High School students, Michael Fuller, Joshua Fuller, and Ella Currier, competed against hundreds of students across the state and earned the right to represent Montana at the National Speech and Debate Tournament. Though each of the students qualified through hard work and success in competition, the school district is unable to help finance transportation, accommodations, and other various fees to allow them to attend the National tournament in Salt Lake City this June. Without financial support, they would be forced to sacrifice our Nationals’ bid.

With this donation, you would be supporting an authentic learning experience for Speech and Debate students. With the help and generosity of people and organizations like yours, the Helena High Speech and Debate team can send Ella, Michael and Joshua to the National Speech & Debate Tournament.
