My big sister Helen Marie Jacobs lived a rough life playing the cards she was dealt, but through it all she smiled, laughed, loved and did her best to overcome the hardships of life. It is now that she has ran out of strength and moved on to a much better place where she can rest peacefully. During this tragic and devastating time we’re asking our community and friends for help with her transitioning costs.
