On the evening of January 14th Helen Keller's family found him unresponsive and in a poor condition, making it necessary to get him to an Emergency Room. It was determined that our friend had developed a severe case of Sepsis and was already going through the beginning stages of liver failure. He underwent immediate surgery to remove an abscess in his abdomen and install a drain to prevent future buildup. However, this was only the beginning of the battle for Helen and his family as he came uncomfortably close to death during his stay at the Intensive Care Unit. Despite this struggle, Helen continued to persevere and exude strength amidst his family's worries about his lack of insurance and mounting medical expenses.

Those who know Helen or have had the pleasure of meeting him, likely have recognized his determination to see things through and in being undeniable. So it ought not to be a surprise to hear that Helen overcame several encounters with death itself and through his determination recovered enough to be released from the hospital. He has always led by example and seems undaunted in facing excessive medical expenses with no insurance to cushion him.

In returning the same Love and Loyalty that Helen gave all of us in Web3, several community members have decided to create this page specifically to help Helen overcome medical expenses and to exemplify our support and Love for him.
