Helen Gerrity loss of everything in house fire.

My name is Melissa Brazel, I’m Helen’s daughter in law. A lot of people have reached out asking what they could do or how they can help and we thought this may be easier. I’m organizing this on behalf of her and her children. As most of you know Helen was involved in a house fire. It is such a devastating loss in more ways than we can portray. In the fire she lost one of her best friends a man that we all loved and became family to us, their dog and their home. She was burned over 22% of her body and has undergone 2 surgeries and is currently still at the Burn Center in Indy. Once she is able they will be moving her to a rehabilitation center in Indy as well. And will likely be there for several weeks. Any proceeds from this gofundme will go to helping her get anything she needs and will help cover expenses for rehab and travel expenses back and forth. She will be needing clothing and etc… for those that would prefer we will also set up an Amazon wish list for the nightgowns and things needed that hospital has said will be the best for her.
