Helen and Rhett Butler

Dear Family and Friends of the Butler Family—

My name is Kathy Campanelli, a longtime friend of the Butlers.

As many of you know Rhett has been critically ill since December of 2022 and has recently been in the hospital/acute rehab center since June 7th of this year. He is being moved to a board and care facility for hospice care soon. Rhett’s medical coverage will not be sufficient to cover his additional care & Helen is in no position to be able to provide him 24 hour care at home, even with hospice care.

Helen was diagnosed with precancerous breast cells in late July and has undergone two lumpectomies since. She will be seeing on Oncologist soon to determine her future treatment. This has been a more than difficult time for their family to say the least.

Having to worry about caring for a loved and at the same time how to provide care is more than a worrisome situation.

We know how many people love and care for them and know also that many have asked what they can do to help. Any donation that you can give will go a long way in helping to relieve the stress and anguish that they are feeling at this trying time. We all know that they will be forever grateful.
