August 10th our lives were flipped upside down. Our dad was tboned on his motorcycle. He was not responsive on the scene. He was taken the the hospital in Medford and life flighted to Wausau Aspirus Hospital. His injuries include a broken femur, a broken elbow, both hands broken, a punctured lung, broken neck, broken ribs, bleeding on liver and kidney, and road rash on his face. He is in critical condition. He has been placed on a ventilator (medically induced coma) to help him breathe as his lung is collapsed. He has a chest tube placed to help drain the fluid and extra air in his chest cavity. We are asking for help as he has 6 young kids at home. Katie and David will both be out of work for a while, any way you can help we would be so grateful for! This is a huge trial for our family. David's recovery time is 6 months if not longer. We have a long road ahead of us. We ask for your prayers as we take each day one day at a time. Thank you!
