The Safe & Sound Paws Initiative was created to help pets in Jefferson County who are struggling in unsafe or uncomfortable conditions. As animal welfare professionals, we see firsthand how many families want to care for their pets but lack the resources. We're stepping in to provide support where it's needed most.

Your donation helps us provide:

Durable, weather-proof dog houses

Fresh straw, bedding, and insulation

Leashes, collars, and tie-outs

Outdoor water and food bowls

Emergency supplies for extreme weather

Educational support for families

Help for families in crisis situations

Every dollar goes straight back into our community to keep pets safe, warm, and healthy.

We are backed by the Sheriff's Department, local shelters, businesses, and work directly with Animal Control to reach pets who need help the most. We do not receive county funding and rely entirely on community support.

Safe & Sound Paws Initiative is a registered Tennessee nonprofit corporation. We are not yet a 501(c)(3), so donations are not tax-deductible at this time. All funds raised will be used solely for nonprofit purposes and community pet safety programs.
