Heisting Production Fund

My name is Lainey Johnson. I am a senior at Cleveland State’s film school. I love to laugh and tell stories that make me happy. For my thesis project, I’m planning to direct an adaption of my story Heisting. Heisting is a story that does just that. It follows two characters who feel overlooked and underappreciated. Foremost, it’s the story of a friendship that is made through these shared feelings and the hijinks they get up to.  This story has been with me for a long time and I’m so excited for the opportunity to bring it to life.

For this to come to fruition, the support and donations come a long way. All funds made on this film will go towards locations, props, wardrobe, catering, and film distribution. Any support will bring this film one step closer to being recognized. We will also be offering different credit offers for different donations!

Donations of $150+ will receive a special thanks in the film credits

Donations of $250+ will receive an executive producer credit for the film

Donations of $300+ will receive an executive producer credit and a signed poster from the cast and crew of Heisting.
