First of all, thank you for checking out our GoFundMe. I’m Ed, and I’m a disabled combat veteran of OIF. Heimdall rescued me on 10/04/2021, and we have been on some epic adventures since. Heimdall loves hiking anywhere and everywhere. Unfortunately, while at home, he tore his ACL and needs surgery. Surgery is on 10/20 if I can pay in advance. Depending on what surgery is actually needed, it depends on the severity of his injury. It is in the range of $2500 to $5500. I’m asking for assistance to help cover costs associated with the surgery, medications, and follow-up doctor visits.

He is my best friend, and his companionship is everything to me. I have another pup, Haldis, who just went through a Lyme disease flare-up, and that has set me back financially.
