My friend Heidi has had a sudden medical emergency and needs help. She had seizures and a stroke, and is waiting for biopsy results on a mass found in her brain. She's spent several days in the hospital, and is now home recovering. We hope she won't need surgery, but it's too soon to know.

Heidi is mostly self-employed and is woefully underinsured. She is an incredibly hard worker and a very talented clothing upcycler, with a growing customer base. It may take her quite awhile to get back to her normal level of production. She needs all the help she can get until she's back on her feet.
