Beautiful Ivy is a tiny 4 pound 7 month-old sweet girl who needs the help of a village to give her a second chance for a first class life!! Born in a puppy mill and discarded because she was less than perfect, Yorkie911 Rescue stepped in and is attempting to get her the help and medical care she needs. After thorough evaluations, we have learned that when Ivy was born, a blood vessel she shared with her mom, did not close properly. This is causing her heart to work overtime and if not fixed she will go into congestive heart failure at a very young age. What we have also learned is that this is a very specialized surgery that will cost almost $10,000. We all know the challenges of rescue…there are soooo many dogs that need our help!
