My name is Christine, and I’m a close friend of Heidi Smith-Tones, her husband Timothy, and their family.

On Monday, July 6th, Heidi was biking along Grey Road 1 near Wiarton when she was involved in a serious accident and suffered life-threatening injuries. She was airlifted to Toronto, where she remains in critical condition and is receiving intensive medical care.

As Heidi fights for her recovery, Timothy is by her side in Toronto for the foreseeable future. This means ongoing expenses for parking, food, and daily living away from home. Many of their children live outside of Toronto and will need to travel back and forth to be with their mom and support their dad during this incredibly difficult time.
