Heidi Gardner’s Heart Challenges

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to share the story of my beloved niece, Heidi Gardner, who is only 10 years old. Heidi is facing severe heart problems and is potentially facing life-saving surgery to have a defibrillator fitted having suffered a cardiac arrest at only 9 years old!

**Story:**

Heidi's journey has been incredibly tough, but her spirit and courage are unwavering. Despite her young age, she has shown a strength that inspires us all. The medical journey is far from over, and the travel to Leicester, parking charges, and other medical expenses are mounting up. The financial burden is becoming increasingly challenging for our family.

To add to this, my sister, Heidi's mother Helen, is also facing her own significant health challenges. She has been in the hospital since before Christmas, battling heart and other health conditions. The emotional and financial strain is immense, and we are struggling to keep up with these overwhelming expenses.
