Heidi's Big Adventure to Kiwi Land

Here's our chance to show Heidi Passino how much she means to each of us. You might know her as a teacher, colleague, neighbor, shepherdess, or a second mom and if you are really, really lucky--a friend. She might have helped you write that paper you thought you couldn't. She might have brought you chicken soup when you were sick or muffins when you were down. So  many of us have been the recipients of Heidi's kindness and generosity. Now is the time to do something really special for her.  

Her daughter, Maggie, came in second at the National Shearing and Woolhandling Championships compettion last year and qualified to represent the United States at the World  Shearing  and Woolhandling Championships in New Zealand February 8-11. 

The funds rasied in this campaign  over the next three weeks, will be used to cover traveling expenses for Heidi so that she can go to New Zealand and cheer Maggie on. As a bonus, not only will Heidi be able to see her daughter compete, she will be able to celebrate her 50th birthday while there. So, if you were wondering what to get Heidi for this milestone birthday celebration, this is it! 

Recent research tells us that expressing gratitde is one of the best ways to increase our own happiness. Let's show Heidi how grateful we are that she is in our lives.
