When Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica, she left behind one of the worst paths of destruction in our island’s history. Entire neighborhoods were torn apart, homes were lost, and lives were upended overnight.

Our beloved Hedonism II resort was battered, but we were fortunate that the damage here was mostly superficial, and we are already rebuilding. Many of our incredible employees, however, were not as lucky.

Helping Our Staff

The storm ripped roofs from homes, flooded communities and destroyed personal belongings. Days later, some staff homes are still under water. Many families remain without electricity, running water, or even the ability to communicate. Some team members have lost everything and we are still waiting to hear from a few.

These are the people who make every guest’s experience unforgettable, the smiles that greet you each morning, the hands that serve you with warmth and care, the laughter that fills the air. Now, it’s our turn to care for them.

We’ve created this Hedonism II Employee Hurricane Fund to centralize donations and distribute help where it’s needed most, quickly and fairly.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping our staff and their families rebuild their homes, replace essential items, and get back on their feet.
