Hedgepig preservation

As you may know, I've turned into something of a crazy hedgehog lady and I feed and water the hogs that I am lucky enough to have in our garden.  Hedgehogs numbers are in decline ; yet another species battling to stay alive thanks to the human race and the impact on their natural habitat. 

I've rescued a number of underweight hogs that wouldn't make it through winter and I take them to a woman in Ilkeston who, with her husband, looks after sick, injured and underweight hogs.  She is not a registered charity and doesn't ask for contributions and yet the costs of care are significant.  I want to raise money to help her to buy food, heat packs, carriers, bedding and medication for the hogs in her care. In November 2020, there were over 80 hedgehogs in her care, 31 of which are disabled and will be permanent residents. There are currently 15 underweight hogs with her for over-wintering, due to be released in spring.

I know this may seem trivial in terms of causes to support, but if you are passionate about wildlife and want to support this cause, I'd be so grateful for any donation, however small.
