Our beloved Hector Mejia is finally going home to El Salvador. As some of you know he's been having health issues for some time. He was scheduled to go home just before COVID hit, but once COVID started, it was too dangerous for him to go home given the lack of appropriate health care in El Salvador. Upon arrival, and, in addition to some medical expenses, he's going to have to buy some air-purifying machines and will need constant oxygen to be delivered to his house and will need to make some improvements to his house.
Hector has been taken care of our properties for over 20 years and some of you asked me to let you know when he's leaving so you can donate money to him. He is scheduled to leave at the end of April.
If you wish to donate to him, I know he and his family will appreciate it.
If you see him around the building, stop by and say hello.
His son Darwin will be working with us moving forward.
