Hector Lopez

Hector Lopez is an integral part of the Cave Creek Unified School District. He is the face that many will recognize as the man who is called to come save the day or night, riding in on his white horse or should we say green tractor! Hector has been the Lead Night Custodian at Cactus Shadows High School since 2009, working alongside his wife Suzanna.

It is now our turn to help Hector and his family as he has spent years helping others. In November, Hector underwent open heart surgery and has been on leave recovering ever since. Unfortunately, the surgery ended up being more invasive and extensive than they originally thought and Hector is still on the sidelines. Although Hector is getting stronger each and every day and looks forward to the time he can return to work, the medical bills, insurance costs and everyday expenses are starting to pile up, appearing at this time to be insurmountable. This is where our incredible community of CCUSD can come together to help Hector Lopez. Any donation would be of much help to Hector and his family as he continues to recover.
