Hector "Junito" Reyes funeral expenses

It is with an incredibly sad and heavy heart that we share the news of the sudden and tragic passing of our dear Hector “Junito” Reyes, who died today, May 28th. Junito’s family needs your support during this most difficult situation. He was only 25 years old. But in his short life, he created a loving home with his life partner Sheyenne Rezendes, with whom he shares three children, the loves of their shared life: Aiden, Amir, and a soon to be born son. Junito was the son of Milagros Lopez and brother of Xavier Gonzalez.


Junito worked hard to provide for his young family. He and Sheyenne were also very committed to social justice and improving the community in which they were raising their children. Most recently, they were actively involved in the campaign to elect cousin Melinda Vega-Maldonado to the Chelsea City Council. They have also been avid supporters and volunteers for a local organization run by his Aunt Gladys Vega.


Junito would be most worried about ensuring the best opportunities for his children. This page has been set up by his family to help with the unexpected funeral expenses, and also to provide support to Sheyenne as she faces the challenges of raising her children going forward without her life partner.
