Hello my friends, I’m coming here with a heavy heart and nervous about the future. As many of you know I have been dealing with health issues and they are here . Tomorrow I’m getting a port inserted into my belly for kidney dialysis. I’m in Stage 5 kidney disease and in need of a transplant soon and also have a heart disease to go with it crazy stuff. I’ve been outta work for the month of December and beginning to freak out as things are getting close and due. I’ve never been one to ask for help and was told by a friend that we are here for me and I definitely need and would appreciate any and all help I can get from my friends during this hard times. I thank you for reading my story and any and all help from you my support group of great friends thank you
