Hey all.

I'm not really one to ask for things, but after speaking to a few friends about this, I've decided to start this GoFundMe as we (my sisters and I) don't have the funds for Dad's Funeral, and the support from the government (if we can get it) will only cover the absolute basics.

Dad (Mike) sadly took his own life on the 13th of August. It was unexpected, and I still don't really know how to process it. I know he was in pain from arthritis and complications from diabetes, but I guess in his stoic nature he hid how bad things actually were.

There is no estate. I may be able to raise a a couple of hundred from some old coins we dug up when I was a kid, and potentially some gold jewellery he had (which tbh, I doubt is real/worth much as it seems anything he had of worth is gone) but that is going to be a long process, and I don't know when I will be able to deal with that.

I don't feel good about asking for support, and maybe someday I can find a way to repay anybody who donates.

We're £1500-2000 short, still awaiting the final costs from the funeral directors etc. Just wanting to have something small and the money to get his ashes back for my sisters.
