Hello all, my name is Heather. My 2021 Ford Escape SE blew its transmission on Sunday, May 25th. It is the only car I have for work, for appointments, for errands, picking up grandkids, everything! My warranty only covers $2,000 towards getting it fixed. The bill is $4,990 total. I am grateful for any kind of help at this point because I simply do not know where to start.
