Heather's Fight: Your Help Needed for a Ramp
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
We are reaching out on behalf of Heather Hudzik, a devoted single mother of two amazing teenagers. For the past ten years, Heather has been fighting a difficult battle with diabetes and kidney failure. She has spent a decade on dialysis, showing immense strength and determination through every treatment.
Recently, Heather faced another life-altering challenge: she lost her leg due to complications from diabetes and is now wheelchair-bound. Despite everything she’s endured, Heather remains resilient and hopeful—especially now that she’s on the transplant list for a life-saving double transplant (liver and kidney).
But before she can take the next step in her journey to recovery, Heather urgently needs a wheelchair ramp installed at her home. This ramp is critical for her safety, mobility, and access to transportation for her ongoing medical care. Unfortunately, her insurance does not cover the cost, and the ramp is estimated at nearly $9000 an amount that is out of reach for Heather and her family at this time.
This is where we are humbly asking for your help. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward the cost of the ramp and give Heather the freedom and dignity she deserves.
Heather has never stopped fighting—not for herself and not for her children. Let’s help make her home safer and her life just a little bit easier as she continues her courageous path toward a new beginning.
Please donate if you can, and share this with others who might want to help. Thank you for your kindness and support.
