Heather has been battling Stage 4 NASH (Non-Alcoholic Liver Cerosis) for the past 10 years. Over the past year, however, her condition has significantly degraded. Multiple hospitalizations along with other complications such as diabetes, bouts of pneumonia, pleural edema, ascites, and more.

Heather's condition has escalated to the point where her doctors have decided to begin the pre-transplant testing required to see if she qualifies to be placed on the Liver Transplant list. As you can probably imagine this has brought on many new challenges that we are learning to work through.

Most if not all of you have all asked the same question, "How Can I help?" By far the biggest challenge we are facing is the mounting medical bills. Even with great health care coverage and out-of-pocket annual deductibles paid, there are still so many costs that exceed our means. Any little bit will go a long way! and is greatly appreciated.
