Thank you for sharing, my name is Peyton. My mother Heather has been on and off the streets of fresno the past few years and recently attacked. We believe the situation was planned prior amongst the group she was with and are currently undergoing an investigation. [edit: we have been informed it was not only an attack but also a domestic abuse incident before and perhaps after the event. Person mentioned was trying to push all blame on the street attacker.] Heartbroken to say her brain cannot make the recovery to function in the proper ways (breathing, speaking, moving..)causing her to need machines to survive.

My mom would not want to be trapped in a hospital hooked up to things. She is a free spirit, anyone who knows her would tell you that. I am hoping to raise money to support the expenses of my mom’s passing as well as celebrating her life. I want her to be remembered for the beauty and spark she added to every day.
