Heather's Heroes of Hope against Cancer

Heather was diagnosed with DCIS breast cancer in January. While she's been told this is the "best" cancer to have, the medical bills are adding up. She and her husband have good health insurance, but there are still deductibles, coinsurance, time off work, etc that is becoming costly.
Heather is the mother of two sons, wife, dog mom to two dogs and a teacher. Any donation you can make will be appreciated and put toward expenses.
Update April 2020
I was scheduled for surgery in March. The doctor's decided to do a second biopsy (an MR biopsy) to check a suspicious area. Surgery was postponed until they received those results. Thankfully, this new area of concern was NOT cancerous. Due to COVID-19 surgery has now been postponed until ??. So, today I begin day 1 of 1825 of a new medicine to hopefully shrink my cancer and possibly keep any new breast cancers from forming as we wait. I trust my team of doctors and am trying not to worry too much.
Thank you for the outpouring of support! I really appreciate the heart felt notes I've received and the donations have been a blessing during this turbulent time. Please continue praying and sending me positive vibes.
